three audio loops

Faulenzer is a collection of three audio tracks, each cut with a diamond as a closed 1.8 seconds loop on a vinyl record, to be played infinitely on repeat. As each audio track is a closed circle on the vinyl, it keeps the needle of the record player stuck in a time trap and creates an infinite stretched Now.
The audio material is composed of fragments taken from voice messages received by mobile phone to the artist during 2017. Each track contains a unconsciously made filler sound uttered by the sender between the gaps of their words. A text fragment of each message is printed on the album covers.
